Invisiprint

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 14, 2026 · Operated by Andium Inc. ("Andium," "we," "us")

Invisiprint is an industrial site-monitoring service operated by Andium. It processes video from cameras installed at industrial facilities to help site operators understand activity at their locations. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. SMS/text messaging program

Invisiprint offers a two-way text-messaging interface for authorized users who provide their mobile number and are enrolled by a site administrator.

4. Biometric information

Where the facial-recognition feature is enabled, Invisiprint creates and compares mathematical representations of faces ("face templates") for personnel enrolled by the site operator. We act as a service provider to the site operator, which is responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable biometric-privacy laws (such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act or Texas CUBI). Face templates for unrecognized individuals are not retained. Enrolled templates are deleted upon the operator's request or termination of service, and in any event within the retention period below.

5. Sharing

6. Retention

Video clips and derived analysis are retained for as long as the site operator's configuration requires, and are deleted or de-identified thereafter. Account data is kept while an account is active. Training-dataset imagery is retained while used for model development. You may request deletion as described below, subject to the site operator's legal obligations.

7. Security

Access to Invisiprint requires authentication; roles restrict what each user can see and do. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity.

8. Your choices and rights

9. Children

Invisiprint is a business service for industrial facilities and is not directed to children.

10. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
