Privacy Policy
Effective: August 14, 2026 · Operated by Andium Inc. ("Andium," "we," "us")
Invisiprint is an industrial site-monitoring service operated by Andium. It processes video from cameras installed at industrial facilities to help site operators understand activity at their locations. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Site video and imagery. Video clips, still frames, and thermal imagery from cameras at monitored facilities, including footage of people present at those facilities.
- Derived analysis data. Our systems generate data from that footage: bounding boxes, appearance descriptions (e.g., clothing and equipment worn), movement timelines across cameras, and — where enabled by the site operator and permitted by law — facial-recognition templates matched against a roster of enrolled personnel.
- Account information. Name, email address, mobile phone number, and role, for people with Invisiprint accounts.
- Text messages. If you interact with Invisiprint by SMS/MMS, we process the messages and media you send, your phone number, and our replies.
- Usage and log data. Queries made to the system, configuration changes, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
- To provide site security and operational monitoring to the facility operator — including detecting people and equipment conditions, answering authorized users' questions, and sending alerts.
- To improve our models: imagery may be added to training datasets by authorized users, with human-written labels, to fine-tune the computer-vision models used by the service.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
3. SMS/text messaging program
Invisiprint offers a two-way text-messaging interface for authorized users who provide their mobile number and are enrolled by a site administrator.
- Message frequency varies based on your use and configured alerts. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time; reply HELP for help or contact us at the address below.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as necessary to deliver messages through our SMS provider.
4. Biometric information
Where the facial-recognition feature is enabled, Invisiprint creates and compares mathematical representations of faces ("face templates") for personnel enrolled by the site operator. We act as a service provider to the site operator, which is responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required by applicable biometric-privacy laws (such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act or Texas CUBI). Face templates for unrecognized individuals are not retained. Enrolled templates are deleted upon the operator's request or termination of service, and in any event within the retention period below.
5. Sharing
- With the site operator whose facilities are being monitored — they control the footage and analysis for their sites.
- With service providers that host and process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud GPU/compute hosting and SMS delivery), bound to use it only to provide their services.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, or in connection with a business transfer.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
Video clips and derived analysis are retained for as long as the site operator's configuration requires, and are deleted or de-identified thereafter. Account data is kept while an account is active. Training-dataset imagery is retained while used for model development. You may request deletion as described below, subject to the site operator's legal obligations.
7. Security
Access to Invisiprint requires authentication; roles restrict what each user can see and do. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect data with measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
8. Your choices and rights
- Account holders can review and update their profile information in the application.
- You may opt out of SMS at any time (reply STOP).
- Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Requests can be sent to the contact below; where we process data on behalf of a site operator, we may refer your request to them.
- Individuals present at monitored facilities should also refer to the facility operator's own privacy and CCTV notices.
9. Children
Invisiprint is a business service for industrial facilities and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
